Biography
Displaying dazzling rhymes, battling prowess, and intimidating wordplay, Stryfe Dafantam has been known by many to be the next surprising artist to come out of Detroit.
Dafantam (born Krystyan Anderson) spent his childhood surrounded by music. He would watch as his father's singing group Just Unique reached the very edge of breaking into the industry, then dismantled. Being bitten by the music bug, he began writing his own raps at the age of 11, influenced by the songs he heard from Bone Thugs and Biggie Smalls on the radio. Raised on the east side of the Motor City, Dafantam came from rough times, but still managed to overcome his numerous hardships and even graduate from Michigan State University.
Once part of a 13 man group called the Illiance, Stryfe experienced the ups and down of being a budding indie hip-hop artist. Involved in a number of projects associated with the group as well as his first solo album "G...
